- All orders are shipped within maximum of 2 business days with majority being shipped the same day as long as it is placed before the daily cutoff time (2pm local time) after which the order is deemed to be placed for next day shipping .
- All orders with original works are shipped with a tracking number. You can access tracking by clicking Track now.
1.1 Delivery time: (Tracking is always provided for original works)
- The minimum time required is 3 working days. (We tested and both times we got our tracked parcel to Paris in 3 days!)
- Average time for delivery in EU can be up-to 5 working days.
- Please wait 7 days before contacting us as unexpected delays can happen once in a while.
- Delivery takes place usually within 10 days. Some orders take up-to 15 days to reach which is normal depending upon your local post.
- Please wait upto 20 days before contacting us as postal delays happen once in a while and delivery depends on your country’s postal infrastructure.

2. Return Policy–14 day no questions asked
At WelcomeArtist our return policy is very simple and customer friendly for 100% peace of your mind!
- If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on WelcomeArtist.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the order date.
- As soon as it arrives, we will issue a full refund for the entire product purchase price (minus shipping cost-see below).
Our return policy is subject to the following additional terms:
- The artwork has to be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, with preferably original packaging as we ship in tubes which can be used for returns.
- We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay and NOT on other payment information you provide us. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products.
