- All orders are shipped within maximum of 2 business days with majority being shipped the same day as long as it is placed before the daily cutoff time (2pm/14:00 Budapest time) after which the order is deemed to be placed for next day shipping .
- All orders with original works are shipped with a tracking number. You can access tracking by clicking Track now.
1.1 Delivery time: (Tracking is always provided for original works)
- The minimum time required is 3 working days. (We tested and both times we got our tracked parcel to Paris in 3 days!)
- Average time for delivery in EU can be up-to 5 working days.
- Please wait 7 days before contacting us as unexpected delays can happen once in a while.
- Delivery takes place usually within 10 days. Some orders take up-to 15 days to reach which is normal depending upon your local post.
- Please wait upto 20 days before contacting us as postal delays happen once in a while and delivery depends on your country’s postal infrastructure.
- Please use tracking for your peace of mind. We know it sucks when you expect delivery but it just keeps delaying. Unfortunately, how your country’s post handles parcels is completely out of our hands and hence we profusely apologize in advance if you are unfortunately waiting for the delivery to happen.
2. Return Policy–14 day no questions asked
At Artkraze our return policy is very simple and customer friendly for 100% peace of your mind!
- If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on Artkraze.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the order date.
- As soon as it arrives, we will issue a full refund for the entire product purchase price (minus shipping cost-see below).
*However, please note that we do not refund shipping cost. It means*
- We will refund you the product price only and NOT the shipping cost which we paid to ship to you unless the return is due to a defect in quality. For example, if the product price is $100 and shipping is $10, we will refund you $100 only even though you paid $110 during checkout.
- If shipping was free for your order, then you only need to pay the cost of shipping for the returns. Example, if the product price is $100 with free shipping, then you will get full $100 back once we receive the item in a good condition.
When you ship to us the product meant for returns, you will need to use tracking for all original artwork as lost original artwork is irreplaceable.If you do not use tracking and the item is lost, then we cannot issue a refund.
In case you take the risky option of not using tracking (not recommended) and the product reaches us safely, then we will happily issue you a refund. However, it is not recommended to avoid tracking as every post loses parcels as part of their routine operations.
For select clients, we reserve the right to refund shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill but that is completely at our sole discretion and will be decided on a case to case basis.
Our return policy is subject to the following additional terms:
- The artwork has to be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, with preferably original packaging as we ship in tubes which can be used for returns.
- The Seller receives the Product in a condition in which he can re-sell it at full price.
- You comply with the Seller’s procedure for returns and refunds (Terms will be mentioned in the product page). We cannot return your money unless seller knows who sent back the product.
- On receiving confirmation from the artist that the artwork is undamaged, we will refund you the full product cost (not the shipping cost)
- We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay and NOT on other payment information you provide us. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products.
